Sessions & pricing

Three sessions. No add-ons.

Pick the time you have. I'll bring the rest of the decisions - pressure, pace, technique - to the table with me. The new-guest session is the easiest place to start.

No menu. No upsell.

60 minutes

60 Minute Massage

$10060 min

The everyday workhorse. Balances clinical precision with enough room for your nervous system to actually settle. Most clients book this on rotation every 3-6 weeks.

  • Focused on 1-2 problem areas
  • Deep tissue, NMT, myofascial - or blended
  • Leave looser and clearer-headed
90 minutes

90 Minute Massage

$15090 min

For when you need more than just a massage. The extended length lets us peel back layers of chronic tension without rushing - ideal for complex pain patterns or whole-body recovery work.

  • Full-body or multi-area focus
  • Time for slower fascial / NMT work
  • Best for chronic or post-event recovery

Also available on request: 75-minute middle option. Ask when you book.

No upsells. No add-ons. No membership pressure.

Most spa menus are long because the spa needs to upsell. Mine is short because my time is honest - you book a session, and we use it on whatever your body needs that day.

What's included in every session

A short intake at the start. Hands-on work for the rest of the time. Hot stones folded in when the tissue calls for it - just ask when you book.

What's not on the menu

Couples sessions, monthly memberships, 'wellness coaching' tiers, add-on pricing games. This isn't a spa.

Payment & gift certificates

Credit card, Venmo, or cash. Gift certificates available - just call or text. HSA/FSA itemized receipts on request.

Booking, cancellation, & what to bring.

Full FAQ is its own page. Three of the most common session questions are below. Read all the FAQs →

What's your cancellation policy?

Six business hours' notice is appreciated. Life happens, but late cancels strand the spot - repeat late cancels get charged the session in full.

Should I book the 60 or the 90?

If you're new, start with the First Visit. After that, most clients rotate the 60-minute and reach for the 90 when something's flared up. Not sure? Call and I'll tell you straight.

Do you take insurance?

Not directly. I provide itemized receipts for HSA/FSA, and many plans cover therapeutic massage with a doctor's note. Happy to coordinate.
